Returns
We do not accept returns. As a small, independent DIY business, we sadly can’t accommodate returns at this time. Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged items or confirmed shipping issues, as outlined in our shippig policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Order cancellations
For order cancellations, a 10% fee will apply to cover currency exchange charges, which are applied to us both when we receive your payment and when we send the refund.

Damages and Carrier Liability (Canada Post)
All orders are packed with care using durable mailers and reinforced sealing. Once a shipment has been accepted by Canada Post, liability for loss or damage during transit rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged, mishandled, or destroyed while in transit.
If an item arrives damaged, the recipient is required to open a damage claim directly with Canada Post (or the destination country’s postal service, where applicable). Claims must be filed by the recipient in accordance with the carrier’s procedures and time limits.
While we may assist by providing shipping details or documentation if requested, we do not issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by the carrier unless and until the carrier officially acknowledges responsibility through an approved claim.
