By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

- We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. We take great care in packaging every order and use appropriate protective materials. However, shipping vinyl records involves inherent risk.

- In the event of loss or damage in transit, the recipient is solely responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

- We ship orders ASAP, but delays can happen during big releases — we're a very small team.

- Want to add items to an existing order? Email us first. No refunds on combined shipping.

- Preorders + in-stock items may ship together. Separate orders = separate shipments.

- Some shipping methods have no tracking.

- International orders may have customs fees.

- Double-check your address!

- Shipping is from Canada and can be expensive — we do our best to keep prices low.
