Shipping Times

We ship all orders as soon as items arrive in stock. Please note that we are a small shipping team, so delays may occur during major releases or busy periods. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.


Packaging & Shipping Disclaimer

We take great care with every order and package all items securely using quality mailers and plenty of tape. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers while an order is in transit.

In the event of transit damage, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. We’ll always do our best to help where possible, but responsibility for transit-related damage remains with the carrier.


Merging Orders

If you want to save on shipping by adding items to an existing order, you must contact us before placing another order so we can manually update your original order.

If multiple orders are placed without contacting us first, they may ship together, but no shipping refunds will be provided. As a courtesy, we may include free items or extras, but we cannot issue refunds due to foreign exchange fees and credit card fees charged to us on both incoming payments and refunds.


Preorders & Mixed Orders

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.

If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders.


Tracking & Untracked Shipping

Some shipping methods include tracking, while others do not. If you choose an untracked shipping option, we cannot provide updates once the package has been handed to the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside our control once a package has shipped.

For untracked shipments, we cannot file claims or issue replacements.

For tracked shipments, please allow the carrier’s investigation process to finish before we take action.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be charged customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


Shipping Costs

All items ship from Canada.

We work hard to offer the most affordable shipping rates possible, but shipping—especially internationally—can be expensive. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the package, and available carrier options.
